Mom's parents are riding in the back of the sleigh, with Grandmom holding the new baby.  Also to the right is the other Grandmom (Dad's mother).  Driving the sleigh is Dad's father, while another uncle rides shotgun.  They are bringing firewood back home.  Above, it looks like my husband Dan warming up with a hotdog & hot cocoa.
